Broadway Hotel Macau

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby restaurants, the Taipa city center, and the shuttle to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options at the nearby Broadway Food Street, and the hotel is also close to a theater for entertainment.

Communication can be a challenge as not all staff members are fluent in English.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Denver at the Concierge Desk. The hotel was modern and smelled amazing. The room was large and nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed. Access to the Galaxy Resort was a big bonus.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to other hotels and a shuttle coach service to and from the border. the staff members were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was great and provided a fun and relaxing experience.

One of the downsides was the late check-in time, which cut into our enjoyment of the facilities. the location of the hotel was also a bit far, requiring us to walk back and forth from other nearby hotels.

Perfect location, friendly staff, good climatization, great room comfort, easy access to Galaxy Macau properties.

Our exclusive suite was adorned with lovely decorations and goodies like wine, fruits, drinks and cookies that made us feel welcomed and pampered. the USB charging socket on the wall and efficient turn-down service were very practical. the staff was highly professional, and their hospitality exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the prompt and courteous responses we received from them every time we had a question or request. the Food Street nearby was fantastic, offering a wide variety of local dishes and live music that created a wonderful ambiance.

the swimming pool was not as large as we expected, limiting some of our water activities.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the nearby Galaxy complex which offers plenty of dining options. it is conveniently located close to many restaurants and even the wet market in the older part of the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided friendly service.

The swimming pool area could use some improvement.

Spacious, clean suite with a separate lounge area and king size bed. Good view of a bridge and river. Convenient location near chain restaurants and a shop for snacks. Helpful and efficient reception and housekeeping staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception upon arrival was excellent, making our stay bright. The front desk staff kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out, adding to our liking for this hotel. We also appreciated the gesture of a birthday cake given to us. The housekeeping staff were efficient and polite, ensuring that our room was clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is superb, as it is very close to the theatre, just next to the Galaxy waterpark, and surrounded by a variety of restaurants at the Broadway Food Street. The staff at this hotel were also very polite.

Friendly and helpful staff provided alcohol and band aid for my companion's wound. Spacious suite with a comfortable bed, though it consisted of two beds pushed together. Limited facilities due to a typhoon, but still enjoyed our stay. Excellent reception and accommodating front desk. Efficient and polite housekeeping staff.

I had a fabulous time at Broadway Hotel! The ambiance was great and I felt incredibly comfortable in my room. The highlight of my stay was definitely the access to the Grand Resort Deck, with its amazing water park and wave pool. I enjoyed swimming and relaxing on the beautiful beach area. The nearby Galaxy casino and mall were also a big plus. The staff, although their English skills were limited, were nice and polite. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun and enjoyable stay.
